History of Programming Languages Conference (HOPL III)

HOPL-III will produce an accurate historical record of programming language design and development. To achieve this goal, the Program Committee worked closely with prospective authors to help ensure that the all the papers were of high quality. As with HOPL-I and II, there were two rounds of reviewing to ensure that all the selected papers met requirements for both technical accuracy and historical completeness.
